RHM advised XPS Pensions Group (formally Xafinity) on their move to larger offices in Flax House, Adelaide Street. This is the second time that RHM has secured larger offices for the rapidly growing company that is the largest purely pension consulting and administration firm in the UK.
Nick Rose explained that “XPS had outgrown their existing premises in Montgomery Street that we acquired for the company 5 years ago and we undertook a detailed analysis of the relocation options with staff welfare at the top of the search criteria. Flax House was chosen because it provides a modern office environment within the historic envelope of a former linen building located in Belfast’s CBD with good hotels and restaurants nearby including the new Grand Central Hotel and within easy walking distance of the shopping area, public transport and parking”.
