RHM Commercial have successfully sold the income producing development site at 16 Scrabo Street, Belfast beside Middlepath Street and the M3 Sliproad. The 0.74 acre site located close to Belfast City Centre and adjacent to the iconic Quay Gate House office building was sold to a residential developer.
