Global contact centre company Concentrix opened its new state of the art European HQ in Belfast at the end of 2017 next to Lanyon Place Railway Station.
The company tasked RHM with disposing of around 60,000 square of surplus space in two buildings at Lanyon Place and Fountain Street.
New occupiers were identified for both buildings and agreement was reached with both landlords on terms that allowed Concentrix to exit their leases early and allowed the landlord to relet the space on new leases at higher rents – producing a positive outcome for both companies.
