We take an extremely pro-active, rather than re-active, approach and this results in a fast "churn rate" of the properties on our books.

Our involvement with an agency instruction starts with an assessment of the potential market for the property, best method of sale and the works that might be necessary to improve the attraction of the property and maximise the rent or price.

A fully costed marketing campaign is prepared for client approval that is focused on the target audience but also ensures that the property is fully exposed to the market.  We are able to negotiate good discounts with newspapers, magazines and other suppliers and these discounts are always passed to our clients.

Our fees are competitive and we are always happy to be incentivised to achieve the best possible result. 

The record rents and sale prices that we regularly achieve are a testament to the success of our approach and the hard work that we dedicate to all aspects of our business.
