We are acutely aware of the social context in which we operate as a business.
Our staff are encouraged to undertake fundraising activities and donate their time to charities and good causes of their choice. We support them with financial donations and up to a week of unpaid leave each year.
As a firm, we provide pro-bono property advice to local voluntary and charitable organisations through the RICS scheme “Charity Property Help” that helps charities and voluntary organisations to manage their property assets more effectively.
We also support the flourishing arts scene in Northern Ireland by mentoring young artists on business skills, commissioning work from up-and-coming artists and encouraging our contacts in the business community to do likewise.
Each year we nominate a chosen charity to whom we make a donation in lieu of sending Christmas cards to clients and for whom we will raise money and undertake pro bono work during the year.
